• The applicant should be interested in Finance, Accounting, or Actuarial Science
• as well as be of proven integrity with attention to confidentiality requirements
• Possess excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Think outside the box and acquire new knowledge independently
• Be a team player, self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Complete thorough research on complex issues to come up with innovative ways to analyze and resolve an issue.  Exhibits independent work and follow-through on research steps through results and findings.

Deloitte Graduate Academy Finance Programme Requirements

• A chartered accountant, accounting graduate, or a graduate from either the ICAN or ACCA route (Professional level exams)
• Quantitative and actuarial graduates (Actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering). As part of the application, we require applicants to provide their CGPA upon graduation. Knowing VBA, R, and Python is an advantage.
• Prior relevant experience is an advantage as well
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
