How to Pay EKSU Acceptance Fees / Registration Process

Step 1: Admission Acceptance

  1. Go to EKSU.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Acceptance
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number) click Search
  4. Fill in the following data: Email, Phone, then click the Accept button.
  5. Click Continue with Payment to produce your Acceptance Fee Payment Code. You can comprehend your payment online or print out the Payment Slip produced and pay at any of the accepted Banks.

Step 2: Admission Registration

  1. Go to EKSU.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Registration
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number) and click Submit
  4. Fill in all the essential data. After finishing each section click save button.

Step 3: Admission Suitability Test

  1. Go to EKSU.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Suitability Test
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number)
  4. Enter the Password created in Step 2
  5. Click Search. This will display the area where you will fill in your O-Level and JAMB details. Jamb details are appropriate to UTME Entry Mode.
  1. Select Entry Qualification and click the Save button of the section
  1. Fill in your O-Level details by selecting the Subject and Grade gotten, then click Add. If you wish to eradicate any of the added subjects, select the subject in the lower part of the specific section and click Remove. NOTE:  You cannot complete this process if you have not accomplished all the preceding operations/necessities.
  1. Fill in your JAMB details (if it is appropriate to your Mode of Entry). The process is alike to O-Level. Guarantee that the sum of scores you enter for each of your JAMB subject’s totals to your JAMB score, else your Suitability Test will fail.

Step 4: Fresher’s Fee Payment

  1. Go to EKSU.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Fee Payment (Fresh Students)
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number)
  4. Enter the Password created in Step 2
  5. Click Submit. This will display the amount to be paid.
  6. Click Continue with Payment to generate your Fee Payment Code. You can complete your payment online or print out the Payment Slip produced and pay at any of the accepted Banks. After paying your school fees you can proceed with hard copies of your credentials for corporal verification.

Step 5: Admission Reports

In between the above steps, it may be essential to print one or more of the following reports as part of the registration procedure. At such times, you can always print the report from here by following the steps below:

  1. Go to EKSU.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Reports
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number)
  4. Enter the Password created in Step 2
  5. Click Search. This will display the area where you will find the links to the following reports:
  1. Acceptance Form: To be printed and signed by the candidate. Forms part of the credentials during verification.
  2. Provisional Admission Slip: Provisional admissions slip stating the strategies to complete admission registration.
  3. Guarantor’s Form: To be printed and signed by the candidate. Forms part of the credentials during verification.
  4. Eligibility Form: To be printed and signed by the candidate. Forms part of the credentials during verification.
  5. Medical Report Form: To be printed and taken to LULU BRIGGS Medical Centre. Forms part of the credentials during verification. Moreover, candidates need to print this report after the efficacious Suitability Test and proceed to the Medical Centre for examination test. Confirm that your Examination Date is stated in the report; otherwise, contact the ICTC to allocate a date to you. You can only visit the Medical Centre on the date allocated to you.
  6. Medical Examination Form: To be printed and taken to LULU BRIGGS Medical Centre. Forms part of the credentials during verification. This is the second form for Medical Examination.
  7. Letter of Invitation:
  8. Admission Clearance Form: To be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  9. Deferment Form: Applicable to a candidate’s wishing to defer Admission.
  10. Matriculation Registration Form: To be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  11. Matriculation Oath Form: To be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  12. Biodata Form: To be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  13. Portal Login Info Form: To be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. This form provides the candidate his/her Portal Login information to enable the candidate log in for Academic Course Registration.

IMPORTANT INFO

  1. Candidates who will not be below 16 years of age by October 31st, 2022 need not proceed with Registration
  2. Admitted candidates who have not accepted their admission on the JAMB website (CAPS) should do soor the admission will be withdrawn.
  3. Candidates not admitted yet who are yet to upload their O’level results to the JAMB website (CAPS) should do so immediately as non-upload of O’level Results to JAMB can affect their admission.
