Vincent Enyeama is regarded by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) as the greatest African goalkeeper of all time.
From 1987 to 2022, the goalkeepers were ranked by IFFHS.
The ranking was done for every continent, including Asia, Europe, and South America.
During his time playing for the Super Eagles, Enyeama gained notoriety for his impressive performances.
Additionally, the shot stopper played a significant role in Enyimba’s 2003 and 2004 CAF Champions League victories.
Enyeama addressed Nigeria at three FIFA World Cups in Korea/Japan 2002, South Africa 2010 and Brazil 2014.
Additionally, he was in goal when the Super Eagles won the South African leg of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.
