Federal Polytechnic Oko Clearance and Registration Procedure for Newly Admitted HND Candidates Following the release of the Federal Polytechnic Oko (OKOPOLY) HND admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session, the management announced the clearance and registration procedures for all provisionally admitted candidates.

Federal Poly Oko HND Clearance and Registration Procedure

  1. Scholars should print their admission notification slip upon offer of a provisional admission
  2. The student should generate their Acceptance Fee invoice online.
  3. Students should proceed to make payment online or by any of the approved banks (UNION, FCMB, OKO MFB) With the acceptance invoice generated.
  4. Return to the portal to print the acceptance letter
  5. The student then goes to the revenue unit to have his or her acceptance payment verified and stamped.
  6. The student should proceed to the admissions office to get his or her admission letter.
  7. Proceed to the department to pay the departmental dues and acquire clearance.
  8. The student should proceed to the OKO Microfinance bank to pay the Medical fee (which comprises T/ship, X-ray, Accident insurance, medical ID), Matric gown, t/shirt, and obtain a bank printout
  9.  Proceed to the Medical Centre, submit your medical receipt to run lab tests, and obtain a medical certificate
  10. The student should log in to their portal account with their jamb registration number or entry number to fill their profile and submit (Student must have paid the Acceptance and Medical fee)
  11. The student should generate School Fees Invoice from their portal account
  12. Students should proceed to make payment online or by any of the approved banks (UNION, FCMB, OKO MFB) With the generated invoice
  13. Return to the portal to print School Fees Receipt
  14. Part-time students should generate CEP invoice, make payment at the bank, obtain a bank printout and submit it to obtain an official receipt
  15. Student proceeds to the Bursary department to verify school fees payment and obtain official school fees receipt with school registration number
  16. The student should proceed to register for their courses online. (This is compulsory and must be completed before the deadline as no course registration means no exam)
  17. The student should pay for GNS and SUG
  18. After payment student should proceed to the GNS office and obtains a receipt
  19. Student proceeds to data capturing unit for biometric data capture and pays data capturej  processing fees

N.B: Acceptance fee, medical charge, School fees, CEP, and other payments are checked by the data capture unit.
