THE ALBINO FOUNDATION (TAF), a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization, extends invitations to competent and qualified businesses and companies with relevant experience to bid for the following projects:

2. Interested businesses/companies are invited to submit the following along with their tender:
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate
- Profile of business/company with Evidence of previous work done
- Bank Account number in name of Business/Company
4. Please note that:
- Consideration shall be given to the alignment with the product/service specification and Responsiveness of quoted prices/product cost.
- Warranty of supplied goods shall serve as an added advantage.
- Withholding tax shall be deducted as prescribed by law.
- The Albino Foundation assumes no responsibility for product delivery/transport costs.
- Only shortlisted firms will be invited for further consideration.
- Late submissions shall be rejected.
The Albino Foundation reserves the right to make changes to above -specified quantities upon till the final awards are concluded.
Relationship with any TAF staff or partner should be fully disclosed on the tender. This will notdisqualify the bid in any form but will help avoid conflict of interest.
5. The issuance of this invitation does not constitute an award of contract on the part of The Albino Foundation, nor does it commit The Albino Foundation to pay for the costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a bid. Terms of Contract/engagement shall be provided for and stipulated in the Contract Agreements to be executed following the award.
The Albino Foundation reserves the right to reject any bids received. The final award of any resultant contract will not be made until all the necessary Albino Foundation internal procedures have been completed.

3. Submission of Bids
Interested businesses/companies are to submit 2 sets of the prequalification documents together with quotations/bids for selected lots. A cover letter should also indicate the lot number bid for.
All bids are to be submitted physically to:
