Joint Admission and Matriculation Board Admission Letter for UTME and Direct Entry (2021 and Years Downward)



All the applicants offered admission into accredited tertiary institutions in Nigeria can print their admission letter on the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board website.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has now opened the portal for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and Direct Entry applicants to access and print their admission letters online.

All the applicants offered admission can now print their admission letters on JAMB portal after the payment of the sum of N1,000 (one thousand naira) on the website.

How to Print Your JAMB Admission Letter Online

You shall be asked to create a profile via the Sign Up {New User} Page if you are a first time user. To create your profile, you will provide your current email address, surname, first name, Gsm No, State and L.g.a of Origin and password, click on the Sign Up button. Every candidate is eligible to only one profile. See: How to Create JAMB Online Profile.

  1. Go to JAMB portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
  2. Login with your ‘Email Address’ and ‘Password’.
  3. Click the “Admission Letter” tab. Which is available on the side bar or on the Home page.
  4. Once you have selected this service, a Transaction ID is created for this service. Which will be displayed on the confirmation page screen.
  5. Review the information displayed on the Confirmation Page. Note that the Transaction ID is displayed in a bold red font. The Transaction ID is useful for future references concerning the Transaction. A copy of this transaction ID will be sent to your registered valid email address.
  6. Click on the Continue button if you wish to pay immediately with your card. If you wish to use any other payment channels like ATM, Cash at the Bank or Quick teller, please do note the transaction ID as it will be required.
  7. On the Inters Witch Payment page, enter your card details then click the Pay button.
  8. The status of your payment will be shown on the “My Payment Section” An SMS and email containing your unique Transaction Identification and payment status will be sent to you after the payment. Click on the Continue button.
  9. . After the payment is completed, you will be asked to provide the following:
    • Year of Exam and
    • JAMB Registration Number.
  10. After correctly entering the details, you can now print the Admission letter as shown on your screen.

NB: Check your admission status first before you proceed to print your admission letter.
