KENPOLY HND Admission Form for 2022 Academic session
This information is to the general public that the Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic (Formerly Rivers State Polytechnic) is well inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its 2022 academic session Higher National Diploma (HND) and the Pre-National Diploma (Pre-ND) programmes.
Rivers State Polytechnic HND & Pre-ND Admission Entry Requirements.
HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PROGRAMME
The minimum requirements for provisional admission into the Higher National Diploma are:
- National Diploma (ND) from Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori with a minimum grade of LOWER CREDIT in relevant discipline.
- Must possess the entry requirement for the corresponding National Diploma (ND) Programme.
- Possession of an accredited one year Post National Diploma Industrial work Experience in any approved Establishment, Industrial or a Business Organization.
- ND Holders with a pass (CGPA of 2.00-2.49) in the ND examination with two or more years of cognate experience in the specific fields may be considered for admission into the HND Programme.
PRE-NATIONAL DIPLOMA
The minimum entry requirements for provisional admission into the Pre-National Diploma(Pre-ND) Programme are as follows:
- Must possess a minimum of five passes in the West African School Certificate, General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level, Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE), National Examination Council (NECO) or their equivalent in the significant subjects at not more than two sittings” English Language and Mathematics inclusive.
- Each of the candidates that passed in City and Guild, National Technical Certificate (NTC) and National Technical Education Board (NABTEB) might also be considered for Engineering and Technology’’ Courses in the institution.
- All the candidates awaiting the results of the above examinations Board can also apply.
Steps to Apply for Rivers State Polytechnic HND & Pre-ND Admission Forms.
- Go to the Polytechnic’s Website and select the programme you want to apply
- Click on “BUY PIN” to purchase the Registration PIN online
- After payment, go back to the KENPOLY Website and complete your registration online.
- Print out a copy of the Online Application Form for keeps. Cross-check printed form to ensure that information supplied is correct. You can log in again to make any of the observed corrections.
- You will be contacted in due course if it went successful.
Candidates that are applying for HND Programme are required to send a copy of their industrial Training Certificate and Transcripts for their National Diploma Programme to the
