LUTH SCHOOL OF NURSING ADMISSION FORM 2022
We are much pleased in other to inform the necessary candidates interested in the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital(LUTH) School of Nursing that the school management has officially started selling the admission forms.
Kindly follow the details of the guidelines below in order to apply and make sure you apply before the deadline.
Admission Requirements for LUTH School of Nursing
Applicants:
Must have At least five (5) Credit level passes in SSCE (WASCE, NECO
or GCE O/L) at not more than two sittings including English
Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
Must not be less than 18 eighteen years of age
NOTE: Awaiting result is well accepted
Steps to Apply for the LUTH School of Nursing Admission.
In other to apply for the application form please read the following guidelines carefully and follow the steps:
How to Register on the portal:
- Visit (schools.luth.gov.ng) and click the register
- Register and pay the access fee. During the registration, you will be required to choose the School to which you are applying to/of your choice.
- Please ensure that you meet the requirement for the school of your choice.
- The cost of the application form is as indicated on the school portal.
How to log into the portal:
- Check your email after the registration
- Tap the link in the email to log in to the portal and set your password
- Click the “Buy form” menu to visit the Remita payment page and the purchase form been displayed.
How to complete the application form:
- Click the “Fill form” menu after paying to fill out and complete the application form online.
- Submit the application form.
- Check your email again to download and print the copy of the completed application form that you applied.
NB: APPLICANTS MUST THEREFORE PRINT OUT THEIR COMPLETED ONLINE GENERATED OR APPLICATION FORM. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION DETAILS
