The University of Ibadan UI is using this opportunity to inform all candidates that choose the University of Ibadan as their first penchant choice and applied for admission into the undergraduate degree programs for the 2024/22 academy session,

This institution is using this opportunity in other to inform such candidates to upload their required information for the Screening Exercise on the UI admission portal.

The UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN UI Cut Off Mark.

University of Ibadan universal UTME cut off mark is 180 but there are definitely some courses which requires more than 150 like, Law, Medicine and some other intensive departments embedded in the University of Ibadan as a whole.

How much can UI Post UTME form be purchased

Based on recognition to the new getting me, the FG has therefore warned all institutions not to amass more than 2,000 students for the Post UTME Form.

N/B: Those that have the choice of schooling in UI should be informed that the form is not yet out.

UI Post UTME Eligibility

  • Aspirants who made the University of Ibadan their first choice.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 180 in the UTME Examination.
  • Aspirants must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in necessary O/level subjects. including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Candidates must be 18 (Eighteen) years of age.

These are the following commercial banks one should visit for the payments of some regular charges.

  1. ECO Bank Plc.
  2. Diamond Bank Plc.
  3. First Bank of Nigeria Plc.
  4. United Bank for Africa Plc.
  5. UI Micro-finance bank

Steps in Applying for UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN UI Post UTME 2024/2025

Each candidate are therefore required to log-in to the Admission Portal officially i.e. (https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng ) Imputing their Jamb Registration Number as their user name and their surname as their password e.g. 95162670GC OYEKANMI (Surname) Sunday Ekpo. The screening fee is N2,000.00 only. This should be paid through the ADMISSION PORTAL in favor of University of Ibadan i.e. (Admission Processing Fee Account). The candidate’s Name, JAMB Registration Number, Telephone Number and the E-mail Address should be quoted at the point of the payment.

The payment options:

The credit/debit card payment using an ATM card.

Cash at the bank using the printout from the portal to make the payment at the bank; and

Through direct bank account debit whereby you use your internet banking tools to make the payment.

Candidates are also anticipated to print the payment success receipt which would display the full names of the candidate either as SURNAME first as in the UTME result slip headed by the JAMB Registration Number, as the payee and the payment reference number showing the success message.

Upon successful payment, candidates should proceed on the portal to submit their bio-data and O/level results.

Candidates should ensure that the online forms are carefully filled,

Ensure to fill the online forms in CAPITAL letters only.

Candidates are also expected to upload their passport photographs and then signatures. The image format for the passport and signature is JPEG and it must not exceed 50kb of size. The photographs must also be clean and clear. Candidates are then to print the proof of the conclusion of the transaction and keep it for further reference or information.

There is an online help desk platform on http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng/helpdesk  will be available to handle all genuine enquiries.

The candidates are also to ensure they provide valid and an active email addresses and phone numbers for easy communication and information dissemination. The University will not take the responsibility for the failure to get information as a result of the invalid email addresses and functional phone numbers as well.

Any distortion or fiddling of the documents is a very serious offense.
