Candidates Eligible to Apply for the UNIUYO Direct Entry form
Applicants who choose UNIUYO as their FIRST CHOICE during JAMB UTME Application 2024 are eligible to purchase the form.
Candidates with awaiting results can also apply as provisions will be made for them to upload their Results after WAEC/NECO exams.

How Much is the UNIUYO Direct Entry form?
The official cost for the UNIUYO Direct Entry form is Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000).
Steps to Apply for UNIUYO Direct Entry Admission.
To apply, follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit the UNIUYO Portal or www.uniuyo.edu.ng
- Select the Admission Forms Link
- Select a Post-UTME as the Admission Form Type
- Enter your phone Number and your valid Email address
- Click on the MAKE PAYMENT NOW option button to make payment
All the payments can be made online using your ATM Card/Internet Banking or at any branch of all the Commercial Banks using the pre-payment slip through the Remita Platform
After the payment return to the online portal.
Click on the Register Link to obtain your valid login credentials to complete the registration
Print out the 2024/2025 Screening Exercise Schedule Slip.

General information to note
Wrong Bio-Data or blank photograph will not be entertained after the submission of the form.
All the candidates that up-load wrong bio-data will be automatically be disqualified.
Inconsistency in the passport on the registration slip will not be acceptable to the University. Each of the candidates’ names on their O/L results, UTME results, and other registration documents must be the same as theirs.
Documents for the UNIUYO Direct Entry Screening application
Candidates are hereby required to come for the screening exercise with the following items as well:
The originals and photocopies of the candidate’s academic qualifications.
A copy of the University of Uyo 2024/2025 ONLINE registration form duly completed with the passport-size photograph printed in color format.
A recent passport-size photograph on a red background with the name, UTME registration number, and valid signature of the candidates on the reverse side of the photograph.
The documents should be packed in quarto-size envelope and well labeled with the user’s name, department, and JAMB registration number.
