UNIZIK Direct Entry form for 2022 Academic session is out

UNIZIK Direct Entry form: This information is to all the general public. This includes such candidates interested in the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) that the institution’s direct entry form is out. The registration is ongoing.

Eligibility For The UNIZIK Direct Entry

Any of the candidates that applied for Direct entry admission into Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

All the candidates who applied to any of the affiliate institutions of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University: are as follows.

1. Pope John Paul Seminary Okpuno, Anambra State
2. Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, Delta State
3. Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, Anambra State
4. Enugu State College of Education (Technical) Enugu State

Steps to Apply for UNIZIK Direct Entry Form.

1. Log into the official portal.unizik.edu.ng
2. Click on the ‘ Create Account’ option.
3. Enter your UTME REG Number also a valid email address.
4. Click the ‘Send’ option. A verification code will be sent to the email you provided.
5. Copy the verification code out.
6. Click on the ‘Continue’ option.
7. Enter your phone number, password, verification code (copied from email).
8. Select the access level and click on the ‘ Submit’ option.
9. Your login details will be sent to your email address
10. Continue with the application by logging in with the login credentials sent to the email you provided.
11. Upon successful login, click on the ‘Step One option.
12. Click on the ‘Generate Application Form RRR’ option.
13. Print the RRR (Remita) page.
14. Proceed into any bank of your choice nationwide. You are to make a payment of N2,000 only.
15. Click on ‘Step Two’, click on ‘Confirm payment’.
16. Enter the RRR number.
17. Click on ‘Verify payment’. If payment notification ‘Payment already verified’, then proceed to “Step Three”.
18. Click on ‘Step Three’, click on ‘Fill Application Form’.
19. You are to fill out the application form. 
20. Save each stage of the application and continue at a later time.
21. Check the ‘I Agree’ box then click on the “submit” option.
22. Ensure to print out the Application Form and come along with it for your screening and POST UTME / DIRECT ENTRY.

General information to all the candidates:

1. The institution will not be liable for any of the payments made with the wrong JAMB registration number at the Bank or anywhere.
2. UNIZIK shall also not be liable for any kind of fraudulent payments made anywhere without the directives of the University.
3. All the candidates must ensure that their Academic Transcripts is forwarded to the address below:
   The Registrar,
   Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka
   Anambra State, Nigeria.

1. Every transcript must be sent to the above address on or before the deadline.
2. Any of the candidates whose transcripts are not received on or before the deadline will not be considered for admission.
